Therapy might seem intimidating, but my style is relatable and warm. I like to think of our sessions as two humans co-navigating whatever challenge you’re going through. I always lead with curiosity—and zero judgment—so you can feel safe to share your secrets, access vulnerable feelings, and truly feel understood by another person. However, I also challenge my clients, when appropriate, because I believe good therapy means seeing real change.
I specialize in treating low self-esteem; often, this looks like negative self-talk, social anxiety, struggling with boundaries, or constant comparison. I work from an integrative, compassion-based approach that blends behavioral and insight-oriented therapies to help with additional issues including depression, burnout, feeling lost or "stuck," and relationship/attachment issues.
That nagging feeling of not being good enough doesn't have to control you anymore. Change is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you're brand new to therapy or simply coming back after a break, I firmly believe therapy can benefit anyone, at any time. Let's have a free consult to see if we're a good fit.

Prior to entering private practice, I began my career in social work supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities: facilitating life skills groups, providing behavioral intervention, and leading therapeutic art classes. (I’m also an abstract artist and love working with creatives of any kind.)
Currently, my passion lies in providing individual psychotherapy and therapy support groups. I’m dedicated to helping clients understand themselves better, express their emotions more freely, and build practical tools—like distress tolerance and communication skills—to enhance their quality of life. I’ve also successfully run several dating-focused therapy groups to foster connection and offer tailored support for those actively seeking relationships.
With a Bachelor’s degree in gender studies, I approach therapy with a deep respect for how intersecting identities shape each person’s experience. That means I want to understand what your identity means to you—not make assumptions or define it for you.
