Who you are and what you have experienced is unique, and so will be your path to healing. I use an integrative, individualized approach grounded in affirming and trauma-informed care.
I am a Level 3 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and am also trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems). In addition to providing these specialized services, I offer holistic psychotherapy drawing from psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral modalities. I work with adults facing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic disorders, relationship struggles, and transitional stressors.
I specialize in trauma recovery and working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I am a sex-postive therapist. Together we will develop a treatment plan that best meets your goals and honors your unique journey of growth and healing.

I began my psychotherapy private practice in January of 2020. Prior to this, I worked in a range of settings and provided a variety of social work services. In an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I provided psychotherapy and case management to patients and their families. I began in the general mental health wing and then progressed to the hospital's PTSD unit as I became more specialized in trauma treatment. I also worked with patients experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders.
After my time at the hospital, I was a social worker for a nonprofit organization that provided services for veterans and their families. In this position, I offered supportive counseling, trauma therapy, and case management; as well as working in program coordination and development. I worked specifically with individuals who had experienced trauma, from combat trauma to military sexual assault. I developed and implemented the organization's Women Veterans program.
Before becoming a licensed social worker, I provided school counseling in an elementary school and volunteered at a shelter for survivors of domestic abuse.
