Psychotherapist

He/Him

My work is grounded in the belief that true growth arises when we deeply engage with the full spectrum of our experience—intellectually, emotionally, and physiologically. While understanding ourselves on an intellectual level is essential, it’s often not enough to foster lasting change. Real transformation happens when we attune to the deeper layers of our being, including the physiological realities of our emotional states.

I help my clients explore how these emotional and physical experiences shape their relationships, behaviors, and sense of self. Together, we focus on the pivotal moments of decision-making—especially in the context of conflict—to better understand the underlying patterns and choices that influence how we connect and respond to others.

My approach is centered on cultivating awareness and compassion as tools for meaningful change, helping you navigate the complexities of your inner world to build a life that aligns with your values and aspirations. Through our work, my goal is to empower you to create the clarity, resilience, and growth you seek.

I currently specialize in supporting clients with depressive and anxiety disorders. My approach is rooted in previous work as a school counselor and a court-appointed advocate in the NYC foster care system, where I supported children and young adults facing complex emotional and systemic challenges. These roles allowed me to develop a trauma-informed and relational approach, focusing on resilience and stability.

Before becoming a social worker, I worked as an educator at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), where I helped underserved students achieve their academic and professional goals. These experiences shaped my dedication to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and addressing systemic inequities.
