Standard and sliding scale fees differ per therapist. We are a licensed out-of-network provider. This means that if your insurance plan has an out-of-network benefit for behavioral health, you can be reimbursed for a portion of the cost of therapy. Please let us know if you would like assistance determining your eligibility and benefits.

All sessions are 50 minutes long. Weekly and biweekly sessions are offered.

 

 We offer free, 15-minute phone consultations for you to learn more about us and our practice. This is an opportunity to tell us pertinent information about yourself, what you are seeking in therapy, and ask any questions you may have.
